Finding the right home to live in is a personal decision and renters always want to see a home in addition to knowing all the details. They can do all that on this website in an instant! This website will save you time and money with very low rates - one month for about the cost of a weekly newspaper ad, but your ad here will have everything a tenant wants to know.

How will tenants contact me? Your name and phone number will be listed with the description of your rental. You may also provide an email address if you like.

How long will my rental be on the site? For one month, for however much of the month you use it. If you find a renter before your advertising period is up, you have a choice to remove your listing from the site or change the status to "Rented." That way you can still have your listing on display for other potential tenants. All it takes is an email or phone call to change the status or re-submit your listing - no need to write a new ad each time! Your home details and photos will be saved in a confidential file for future reference so that you can easily activate this listing again. Your rental will be posted after receipt of the fee and from the day your rental is posted before 12 noon. (So, if it is posted in the afternoon, your 30-day period will begin from the next day, giving you a free half day). One year subscription available at a discount.

COST

Monthly fee for Standard Listing: $20.00 (about the same as only 1 week in the paper, but now your tenants will truly have all the details they need to know about your rental!). This includes having your rental home posted under "Listings" with detailed information, a description, and up to 10 photos that you provide or the we take for you for a nominal one-time fee (see below).

Monthly fee for "Featured Listing": $35.00. Only a maximum of 2 homes will be featured here per month on this separate special page listed above the regular listings on the menu. One photo from your house will also be added to the top of the Home page, generating instant interest in your house to anyone looking at the site.

Photography fee: $15.00 per house, including transportation, etc. (Your photos will be kept in a confidential file for future reference for up to one year). If you make major changes to your home, we recommend you have photos taken again of that part of the house so as to provide the most accurate advertising as possible. We would be happy to re-take those for you for a little less if it's only a room or two. Tenants need see a room exactly the way it will look when they move in.
