Welcome to Roswell's most unique rental home - the "Roswell Retro (a.k.a. "Alien") Cottage"!! This is a detached, private cottage in the heart of Roswell's Historic District 1 block from Pepper's Grill and near historic manor homes on tree-lined street. Designated off-street parking in driveway next to back door. Privacy and quiet are yours!
Living room: convertible microsuede sofa (converts to double bed or sofa recliner), 27" satellite TV, VCR/DVD player, CD player, cordless phone & answering machine, dining table (shaped like Starship Enterprise!), executive desk chair, ottoman, laptop table, wireless internet access. Window AC unit and wall heater.
Kitchen: modern, custom-built kitchen has commercial-grade 2-burner gas stovetop, standard refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, tableware & cookware, 2-person breakfast counter/bar.
Bedroom: Queen pillowtop bed, quality linens, microsuede blackout curtains, electric blanket, ceiling fan, 2nd TV, DVD player, & roomy 2-door closet. Window AC unit & ceiling fan.
Bathroom: roomy with bath/shower, curved shower rod, washer & dryer, ceiling heater/vent. Rugs & linens supplied.
Additional: Heat via wall heater, AC via window units in both living room and bedroom.
Backyard: Private, fenced backyard includes a small lawn, patio and 6 ft. tall wood fence (shorter fence in front), dining set, lounge chair and gas barbecue. Comfortable for small to medium dogs with shade throughout the day. Gate is lockable. Automatic sprinklers; professional lawn care provided.
Pets: Pets such as cat or dog (preferably to medium size only) accepted upon approval of owner and with pet deposit. Window cat seat is available to watch the squirrels!
Parking: Driveway next to house & near back door. There are 2 motion-detector security lights on each side of the house near driveway & entry plus street light.
Stay in the house that welcomes you Roswell-style! Subtle touches like limited edition Roswell framed posters, "Roswell" show DVD collection, unique mood lighting, custom paint throughout and a few surprises (ex. the toaster is embedded in the microwave) & little luxuries will make you smile and feel right at home!
