Garden Cottage BThis is charming, quiet guest cottage situated behind a main house located on a lovely, tree-lined street in the heart of Roswell's Historic District. It has a patio featuring a privacy trellis that separates it from the garden of the front house. Within walking distance to restaurants, post office, downtown library.
Parking: Designate parking adjacent to cottage.
Outside: Patio with outdoor furniture; BBQ, trellis has seasonal vines & flowers
Living: Futon sleeper sofa, New, flat-screen satellite TV, VCR + DVD player, Desk, Hi-speed internet, Phone with free local calls
Kitchen: Sunny kitchen is complete with tableware and cookware; 2-seat breakfast nook
Bedroom: Cozy with Queen bed, seasonal bedding, chest of drawers, alarm clock, cordless phone
Bathroom: Roomy with bathtub-shower; towels provided
Laundry: Laundry room is located on the side of the cottage via outside entry and is shared with tenant in unit A. A laundry basket is provided.
Pets: Conditional based upon owner's approval. Pet deposit is required. There is a small pet yard with access to adjacent lawn so even larger dogs can romp.
